Day 1	We will send your final itinerary by fax or email to your hotel of stay at least one day before tour departure. Please come to Haneda Airport on your own and assemble at the JTB Check-in Counter. An assistant will help you check-in for your flight. 6:40-7:40a.m. Haneda Airport 9:20-10:40 a.m. New Chitose Airport 11:20-12:40 p.m. Rusutsu Resort North and South Bus Stop Please check in to your hotel on your own. After hotel check in, you are free at leisure to explore the ski resort.
Day 2-3	Free leisure time.
Day 4	4:20-5:40p.m. Rusutsu Resort North and South Bus Stop 7:40-9:10p.m. New Chitose Airport 9:20-10:40p.m. Haneda Airport Please check-in at the New Chitose Airport on your own. No assistant service is available. Tour disbands upon arrival at Haneda Airport.

• Lift tickets are not included in the tour price. Please buy your lift tickets at the resort on your own.
• This tour includes the price of ski rentals. Please inform us if you would like to make usage of this free ski rental service at least 7 days prior to departure.
• You will need at least 60 minutes to collect your baggage from baggage claim. Please inform your agent when booking if you plan to check in your baggage. We cannot refund the cost of the shuttle to your hotel if you are unable to make the ski shuttle in time as a result of waiting for your baggage at baggage claim. (You will be responsible for the cost as well as the arrangement of your transfer to hotel yourself.)
• Please notify us of the name of the hotel you are staying at as well as your contact information the day before your tour departure date when making your reservation. 
• We will send the final itinerary to your hotel by fax or email no later than 1 day before the package departure. 
• Changes to the address to which the final itinerary will be sent must be made no later than 8 days before package departure. 
• Infant price includes airfare and shuttle bus costs only. 
• No assistant service is included on the last day of the tour. You are responsible for transferring to the airport by shuttle bus on your own.
• You may exchange your breakfast meal coupons for 1000yen in lunch coupons. 
• You may use the Lounge at the hotel from 11:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. The lounge is located in the North Wing *2F Lounge Dolce. In order to use the lounge, you must show the lounge tickets you receive when you check-in to the hotel. Free coffee and tea are available in the lounge.
