Getting to Japan

There are no direct flights to Japan from Ireland yet. However, it is possible to get there by transferring briefly in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, or any major European city with airline bound for Japan. Most major airlines operate a flight service to Japan's Tokyo International Airport (Haneda), Narita International Airport, Kansai International Airport, and so on.

Flight Times

Flight time from Europe ranges from 10 hours to 13 hours, depending on which direction and route you fly over. Don't be put off by this journey - it's worth every minute, which you will realize when you hit the ground. In-flight entertainment is generally adequate for this full flight.
