Mt Fuji and Komagatake Aerial Cableway

• Fuji Visitor Center - Nature, culture and artw­ork concerning Mt.Fuji are on display at the information center.
• Mt.Fuji 5th Station - Mt. Fuji is 3,776m high above the sea level, the highest and most popular mountain in Japan, and considered as one of the most beautiful conical volcanoes in the world. The base of Mt. Fuji, forming an almost perfect circle, stretches 35 to 40 km from north to south. The volcano has not been active for more than 250 years. You can go up to the 5th station (altitude 2,305 m.) of Mt. Fuji by bus.
• Cruise on Lake Ashi (Ashinoko Yuransen) - A delightful cruise on Lake Ashi (Ashinoko Yuransen) aboard a large sightseeing boat. Let the crisp air and surrounding lush greenery refresh you.
• Mt. Komagatake Ropeway - Ride an aerial cableway up and down Mt. Komagatake for a sweeping view of the famous Hakone National Park. As the ropeway ascends, the scope and beauty of Ashi-no-ko (Lake Ashi), Hakone-gairinzan (Hakone Outer Rims) and Mt. Fuji becomes evident all around.

• The Mt Komagatake Ropeway is skipped on the following days due to traffic conditions. : May 1, 2, 6, July 16, 21, 22, 28, 29, Aug 4, 5, 16-19, 25, 28, Sep 1, 8, 17, 30, Oct 8, 13, 20, 27, 28, Nov 3, 10, 17, Dec 30.
• When the Fuji visitor centre is closed or if the tour is behind schedule due to traffic conditions, the Fuji visitor centre may be skipped.
• The road to Mt Fuji 5th station is sometimes closed due to heavy snows in the inter and the early spring. If this is the case, or if the tour is expected to be behid schedule due to operational reasons, you will go to the highest possible point.
• We recommend you bring a coat or other warm clothing during spring, autumn and winter.
• The tour will not be cancelled or refunded if you are unable to see Mt Fuji due to the weather conditions.
• Although the Komagatake Ropeway or the cruise on Lake Ashi may be omitted or substituted for as a result of traffic and weather conditions or other operational reasons, the tour will not be canceled nor will the tour fee be refunded. In the case that one or both of the destinations are omitted, you will enjoy one of the folowing alternatives: Narukawa Art Museum in Hakone, Hakone Check Point, Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, Pirate Bat on Lake Ashi, Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway, Hakone En Aquarium, Hakone Shrine, and Hakone Ropeway (Owakudani Vally). Your tour guide will finalize alternatives based upon consideration of tour logistics and other conditions.
• Your tour guide may not accompany you back to Tokyo after Odawara Station tour operational reasons. In this case, your guide will tell you how to go back to your hotel from Tokyo Station (Return by Shinkansen), or from Shinjuku  / GInza (Return by Motorcoach).

• If you prefer to stay one night at Mt. Fuji or Hakone, contact us for accommodation options.
• If you are proceeding to Kyoto after this tour (Apr to Nov), please note that arrival times in Kyoto is usually around 9.30pm. However there are cases thatit may take until 10.00 - 11.00pm due to traffic conditions.
• Please note that there are no refunds if you are late for youre scheduled Shinkansen after getting off at Odawara Station due to heavy traffic. Please take the following train and sit in a non-reserved seat. We recommend buying tickets for Shinkansen tickets for after 7.00pm on the following days. How to Book

• On receipt of payment, we issue you with a travel voucher which includes your booking confirmation code and all necessary details for you to exchange in Japan, at the main terminal where each tour starts from.
