You should be at the bus terminal 20 minutes prior to departure for check in. Don't forget your confirmation letter you receive after booking this tour with Japan Ireland Travel.

­Remarks

1. It takes about one minute to walk from Hinode Station on the Yurikamome Line (the assembly point) to Hinode Pier where you will board the Symphony cruise.

2. For children under the age of 6, please pay their fare on arrival at the pier. With a meal included, the fare is JPY 4,200. With no meal, it is JPY 1,900.

3. A vegetarian meal is available. Please be sure to request it at the time of booking if required.

4. Dinner will consist of an assortment of Japanese and Western-style dishes including an appetizer, soup, a fish course, a meat course, dessert, and coffee or tea.

5. Please note that drinks other than the included coffee or tea are not included in the tour price.

6. The route taken by the cruise may vary depending on weather conditions or other operational concerns decided on the day of the cruise. In the case that the cruise will be cancelled, we will contact you at least one day in advance at where you are staying before the cruise.

7. Please note that this tour requires at least two participants per departure to be operated. If at least two people have not joined for a given departure date, that departure date may be cancelled. .

How to Book

• Fill in the booking form below and we will respond to your request within 24 hours Irish Business Working Days, i.e. Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm.
• On receipt of payment, we issue you with a travel voucher which includes your booking confirmation code and all necessary details for you to exchange in Japan, at the main terminal where each tour starts from. Don't forget to bring this with you on the morning of the tour. Without it we cannot guarantee your place on the bus.
